DESCRIPTION

Provides ~10-30% chance to negate incoming damage with a blue flash (similar to Carefree Melody from Hollow Knight). Base chance is ~10-20%, but Tool Pouch upgrades can increase this to ~30%. The proc is completely random but can save you from lethal hits.
